Overall condition, effects on dampness in basement and ability to carry off rainwater

 

            AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR –

                                    General Condition, function, age determination

           

            INTERIOR COMPONENTS -

 

            HEATING SYSTEM -

Visible portions of heating plant and components, operation, age determination

 

            COOLING SYSTEM - 

                                  Functional check of air conditioner, if outside temperature permits.

 

            PLUMBING SYSTEM -

 All visible fixtures, service entrance, water heater age determination and condition, pipes and drains tested for operation
